The Wawasee home boys basketball game scheduled for tonight has been postponed.
The snow in the area has moved the home game with Lakeland to Tuesday, Feb. 4 with a 6:15 p.m. JV start at the Hardwood Teepee.
The bad weather has also forced Warsaw to postpone its home girls basketball game tonight versus NorthWood. The Northern Lakes Conference contest will now be played on Monday, Feb. 3 at WCHS.
Triton has also announced this afternoon that the boys basketball games against visiting Mishawaka Marian have been postponed. Worries over travel conditions for Marian forced the decision, to which Triton has not announced an immediate date for a make-up for the game already postponed from earlier in the season. No word was made by athletic director Mason McIntyre to when the ceremony for golf coach Jack Carpenter, voted boys golf coach of the year for the state of Indiana, will be made.
